Abstract: In this article, we aim to present the main rules to be considered by applicants/beneficiaries that acquire goods/services/works within the European funding projects. Considering the responsibility we undertake as professional accountants for the purpose of correctly applying the legal regulations for the sector, it is required that we know where the specific acquisition can be included in order to establish the legal framework and adequately choose the type of procedure that needs to be applied.
